 On the list of Available Puppies, pick a puppy you’re interested in and add to cart then proceed to checkout.

2- PLACING YOUR ORDER

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. You’ll be required to respond to confirm your order and request payment details.

3- PAYMENT

We have several payment options available on the checkout page so you’ll need to pick the most convenient for you. As soon as we confirm your order, we will provide the payment in details as will be requested.

4- PROCEEDING AFTER PAYMENT

As soon as the payment is received in full, we will process you a receipt and proceed with necessary paperwork. Final vet check on the dog will need to be done.

5- DOCUMENTATION

We will process all necessary documents related to the shipment in order to avoid delay.

6- DELIVERY

We will book your shipment and provide you with full itinerary including (Tracking numbers, Carrier details and arrival time). Shipping is usually done  within hours depending on the customer location. As a matter of routine, Don’t forget to take your puppy to your veterinarian for the regular arrival-health-check-up within 48 hours of arrival!
