If something does go wrong, we always strive to help, oftentimes even when our guarantee doesn’t cover it. While we may not be able to guarantee that your puppy will never have a health problem, we guarantee that we will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!

- For every deposit made to hold puppy, and later the buyer changes their mind before the date limit.
- If the wrong puppy was delivered, the buyer get a refund or another puppy at the same value.
- For any health issues within the first 30 days of adoption, the buyer gets a full refund.
Our Health Guarantee
We do not believe your puppy is replaceable but we do believe that sometimes the pain can be lessened in the company of another fluffy friend. In the unlikely event of the death of a puppy within two years from its birth due to genetics, or if the puppy is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders (within two years) which adversely affects the health of your pet, we will replace the animal with another of equivalent value at no cost to you. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian.
Failure to provide your puppy with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.

Any personal information gathered on our webpage will never be sold or shared with any person or third party business. We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. The purchase procedure will take between 24 -48 hours – 2 business days to complete, we however handle each adoption case individually and can alter this duration more or less depending on circumstances to be considered on a case by case bases.
BY GETTING A PUPPY FROM US YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITION
You agree that the puppy will not be allowed outdoors without proper supervision.
You agree to care for the puppy in a humane manner and be a responsible animal guardian. This includes supplying adequate food, water, shelter, attention, and medical care.
You Understand and agree that the current Breeder gives guarantees about the animal’s temperament but is not responsible for future damages or injuries caused by the animal in future.
You give the breeder permission “to call my home” at any reasonable time to assure that the animal is being properly treated and cared for.
You agree to keep the breeder informed of my current home address and phone number.
